01 / CAPABILITIES
Sheet cutting to drawing geometry
Cutting with reduced thermal impact
Holes, slots and repeated patterns
Forming angles and three-dimensional shapes
Feasibility, tolerances and lead times are confirmed after reviewing the drawings, material, thickness, quantity and production schedule.

Selected machining operations and general welding that does not require a welding procedure specification (WPS) are available after review of drawings and quality requirements. Oxy-fuel and plasma cutting are arranged through subcontractors.
02 / QUALITY & TECHNOLOGY
Our metal fabrication expertise includes EGGCRATE and Tube Support Bar components for nuclear steam generators.
03 / EQUIPMENT
| Equipment | Manufacturer / model | Main specifications / use |

| CO₂ laser | TRUMPF | 4 kW · 1,524 × 3,048 mm |
| Waterjet | FLOW Dynamic XD | 100 HP · 87 kpsi · 2,500 × 7,000 mm |
| CNC punching | TRUMPF TruPunch 5000 | 1,524 × 6,000 mm |
| NC bending | 국도기계 | 6T × 3,100 mm |
| Deburring & edge finishing | WEBER | Removal of residual burrs and edge finishing after cutting or punching |
Machining feasibility is confirmed after reviewing material, thickness, geometry, required tolerances and operating conditions.
04 / PROCESS
We review material, thickness, quantity, tolerances and inspection requirements to define the fabrication scope.
We select suitable processes for the geometry and material, then plan the work sequence and production schedule.
We apply laser cutting, waterjet cutting and CNC punching as required by the drawing.
WEBER deburring equipment removes residual burrs and finishes edges for subsequent processing and handling.
We form angles and three-dimensional shapes. Selected machining operations and general welding are coordinated after drawing and quality review.
We check parts against the agreed drawings and inspection criteria, then prepare them for packing and shipment.
Processes and their sequence vary by part geometry and quality requirements. General welding is limited to parts that do not require a WPS. Oxy-fuel and plasma cutting are subcontracted.
